Prepare a budget

Set my costs

To prepare a budget click on the link "New Budget" from the main screen of the application. It shows the new budget wizard that guides you through the process. Once defined the number of inks, format, etc., the budget is complete and displays the result.

Modify the work data

From the display of the budget may modify any of the input data and recalculate the job. For example, you can change the number of inks and press the Recalculate button to get the new price immediately.

Pre and post print operations

From the screen you can select budget operations before and after printing to include on the job and press Recalculate to calculate the time and costs of each of them and update the total cost of the budget. To do this click on the link "Zoom / modify" the tab "Operations". For more information about using the screen of the budget, please click the link below: operating budget.

Working Materials

You may include some other material that was not included automatically, such as crates. To do this click on the link "Zoom / modify" the tab "Materials".
