Quotes / WOs: operations
This screen allows you to mark the operations performed in each job, both are included printing operations such as pre and post printing. Not all jobs involve the same transactions. You can leave some rows (transactions) unchecked, and therefore without cost. Unchecked operations are shown in gray (disabled) and will not appear on the roadmap or the other reports. By default, this screen offers the operations defined in the current workforce, but you can select other operations in any row. For example if you want to replace the operation "Design" by another operation, simply display the box for "Design" and select the desired operation. By selecting another transaction updates the description field on your right and are enabled or disabled cells numeric columns (units, unit cost, etc.).. Numeric columns Depending on the method of calculating the costs of each operation are enabled or disabled their numeric fields. For example DESIGN operation enabled by default these fields:

Accordingly shows production enabled the Hours field, so that it can directly entered the necessary hours. Clicking Recalculate Cost field is populated with the corresponding amount as the cost per hour defined in the form of the transaction itself. For further information on options for the operating chips click on the link setup operations of pre and post printing. Continuing on the screen of the budget, the operation enabled by default shows FILM.A3 field units and unit costs:
FILM.A3 The operation is set by default to be calculated by unit cost. In his statement has been chosen "Cost per unit" and has defined a 7.42 unit cost. The operation enabled CLEFT shows all fields except Unit cost:

As the cost per hour defined in the schedule of this operation are those 1.25 hours at a cost of 26.29. Automatic calculation of units Some operations allows to calculate the Units field automatically speeding up the process even further. By checking or include these operations in the work their field 'Units' shows the value <Calculate>. When press Recalculate this field is automatically populated with the corresponding value. For example the field operation units FILM.CM inches square filled with plates of work. The operation PLAST.ACE.BR (plasticized acetate brightness), fill your field with units of square meters of sheets. FILM.A4 operations, FILM.A2 and FILM.A2 filled its field units with the number plate of work. And so other operations. More information on the link automatic filling pre and post print operations
