• Printing of offering for transmission by fax or by post. It is possible to define the positions of all elements of the offer form, allowing you to configure the space for your logo.
• Internal report of printing costs and operations of the work order.

• Drawing of sketches for the pre-cut and printing sheet.
• Optional automatic search for the optimal print and paper format.
• If desired, Logic Print can calculate work on different presses and report the cost on each one.
• Quote variants for a different number of inks, a different format, etc. Permission to copy direct quotes generated previously. This facilitates the use of predefined quote templates.

Work orders, production and warehouse management module

• This module creates a work order automatically from a proposal accepted by the customer.
• Allows you to print the work order for delivery to the workshop. This work order includes sketches of the pre-cut and print sheet together with all the information that defines the job.
• In each work order you can record the actual times and/or costs. The software calculates the deviation from the budgeted figure and allows you to prepare the variance report, which gives details of the operations and/or items where differences existed between budgeted and actual costs:

• Lets you create work orders without a quote, as well as make direct copies of previously created work orders. This facilitates duplication of work orders or the use of predefined templates.
• Allows you to manage delivery dates and the level of service delivered on every job.
• Can generate production reports showing the result obtained in a period of time for all customers or for a specific one, with amounts, effective profits and variances. The Analysis and Reporting Tool includes over 540 reports, all very easy and straightforward:

• Allows you to print the internal work order report, which includes all cost data and actual working time and the cost breakdown between fixed, variable, internal and external costs, material costs, costs of internal and external operations, profit, etc.

Invoices, delivery notes and orders to suppliers

• This module can generate invoices and delivery notes from work orders, or create them from free items and concepts:

• Multi-company. It allows billing for two or more companies.
• Lets you create delivery notes and invoices automatically from completed work orders.
• You can also create delivery notes and invoices from free concepts — items, services or any other capacity.
• The creation of delivery notes and invoicing is done with a convenient wizard.
• Lets you print the invoice and delivery notes both valued and not valued.
• Allows fully configuring the printed invoice, delivery note and supplier order. In all cases you can print directly on blank sheets (with your logo), or configure forms to print on sheets with pre-printed boxes.
• Sheets can be any size.
