Configure the presses

From the main screen, click on the link "Customize the presses" to display the list of hosts defined. The default is to include several commonly used machines, which can be used as reference for discharge machines available to the company and introduce their costs and speeds. You can copy any of the machines to expedite the process. Once created their machines should delete the other machines on the list.

In the tab for the machine must complete the following information:

Action: Specify the maximum dimensions of the print sheet or loom (silkscreen), or step and width (continuous). Remember that all measurements are in centimeters/inches and you can enter decimals. You can similarly introduce the minimum steps or leave the value .

Printing units: Enter the number of printing units of the machine. IF turning the machine supports direct printing on the back, indicating the position of the turning mechanism.

Productivity Machine: Enter the average speed of the machine (passes per hour). You can define a productivity scale depending on the spin.

Minimum Production Time: Optionally you can set a minimum time of production. The small jobs are calculated by the minimum production time.

Prep Time Machine: Average time for preparation for each plate.

Costs of machine: Cost per hour of the machine, if necessary it may indicate different costs per hour for production time and preparation.

Cost of the plate or screen: Total cost of the plate material, sunshine, etc..
